  • 【任职要求】
  • 1.国内、外知名法学院法学专业毕业，本科及以上学历；具有海外留学背景（尤其是拥有境外知名法学院JD学位）；
  • 2.通过中国法律职业资格考试，拥有境外律师资格优先；
  • 3.2-5年律所跨境并购、投融资业务经验，外资律所工作经验优先；
  1. 能够以中英双语工作（英文为主，具备良好的英文口语及书写能力）。
