**Role Summary**

  • Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices, standards and new ways of working for the maintenance team
  • Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Support the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System, including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset care
  • Lead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reduction
  • Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary
  • Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the site

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Adhere to Safety and Quality standards, behaving as role model for the engineering teams
  • Be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibility
  • Own specific asset reliability improvement plans
  • Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required
  • Ensure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practices
  • Support management of external service providers
  • Support the development of the site maintenance planning process
  • Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required

**Expected Experience and Required Skills**

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HND/HNC
  • Demonstratable and relevant working experience in industrial operations
  • Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimisation strategy are desired
  • Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H
  • Strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail
  • A forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitudes
  • Has excellent communication and written skills
  • Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel
