About The Role

Drive client activation, engagement, and early trading behaviour within the first 30 days through a team · Enhance onboarding (Activation) experience to improve activation rates. · Identify and resolve Activation friction points through continuous process improvements · Develop and monitor activation dashboards and MIS reports. · Leverage data-driven insights to optimize client journeys and outcomes. · Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to improve digital onboarding flows and automation. · Lead, mentor, and manage activation teams handling high-volume inflow. · Conduct regular performance reviews and drive accountability and process discipline
