Franchisee - Neo Franchisee Development Manager - East

Own end-to-end onboarding, documentation and handholding of new APs and franchisees (account opening, KYC/compliance checks, terminal/setup). Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential franchisees to expand the broking network. Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements for Members and their APs. Assist franchisees with product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational efficiencies through regular training and guidance. Support APs to grow business across equity & Third-party distribution products and identify revenue opportunities for franchisees. Ensure all business activities are in line with SEBI guidelines and internal compliance policies. Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.
