Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 data analysts and scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions. • Oversee the development of predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and actionable analytics for solving real-world problems. • Contribute hands-on (~25% of the time) to critical tasks, including data analysis, building machine learning models, and coding in Python and SQL. • Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and apply statistical methods to derive insights and validate strategies. • Ensure the team delivers high-impact dashboards, reports, and insights to stakeholders.
