KCP - Team Manager - West

Roles: ▪ Responsible for acquiring Mutual Fund Distributors / Partners for predominantly selling MF and TPP products like Insurance, FD, PMS/AIF, Bonds & Loans. ▪ Team handling role having 15+ RM across the West for acquiring and servicing of partners / distributors / franchisees ▪ Training, coaching and handholding of Partners during their initial phase in the system and thereby adding new business through them. ▪ Coordinating with the Equity Franchisee Team for cross-selling of MF & other TPP products. ▪ Arranging and coordinating with AMCs for IAP, distributor meetings, learning sessions for partner engagement and development. ▪ Coaching and mentoring RM’s for acquiring quality partners from the market and imparting product knowledge of various cross-selling line items. ▪ Leveraging the KCP tech platform for building scale and aggregation. Skills ▪ Graduate / Post graduate with 8 to 10 yrs experience. ▪ Should have good communication & presentation skills. ▪ Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented. ▪ Should possess strong communication skills. ▪ Should have a strong B2B background and exposure ▪ Should possess strong product and selling skills on MF and TPP
