Designation – Lead Client Onboarding Location – Mumbai (Goregaon) Job Role – • Drive client activation, engagement, and early trading behavior within the first 30 days through a team • Enhance onboarding (Activation) experience to improve activation rates. • Identify and resolve Activation friction points through continuous process improvements • Develop and monitor activation dashboards and MIS reports. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize client journeys and outcomes. • Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to improve digital onboarding flows and automation. • Lead, mentor, and manage activation teams handling high-volume inflow. • Conduct regular performance reviews and drive accountability and process discipline Job Requirement – • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field. • 8–15 years in stock broking / financial services • Client Activation & Engagement: 5+ years managing Activation or client lifecycle teams. • Process, Compliance & Operational Excellence: Ensure strict, operational controls, Experience in digital onboarding systems and CRM tools. • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and workflow/process automation tools.
