HO Ops - DP- Lead Depository Operations - West

Job Role – • Hands on experience on Depository Operations/Broking Operations. • Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSDL & CDSL regulations. • Monitor and control Account account opening, Profile Updates and closures. • Oversee KYC, CKYC, AML, FATCA and due-diligence processes as per regulatory norms. • Prepare and submit regulatory reports, returns, and disclosures to authorities. • Coordinate and support internal, external, and regulatory audits. • Ensure timely closure of compliance and audit issues, maintain proper documentation, monitor and resolve client and investor grievances, and oversee implementation of internal controls and SOPs Job Requirements – • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field. • 10–15 years of relevant experience in client lifecycle management. • Sound understanding of SEBI, Depository, and KRA-related regulations. • Proven experience in managing teams and handling audits. • Strong control orientation, attention to detail, and process discipline. • Commitment to client service excellence with a focus on timely and accurate delivery. • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and workflow/process automation tools.
