About The Role

· Assist NRI customers with account opening, documentation, and service requests. • · Handle queries related to banking products, remittances, deposits, and investments. • · Process transactions accurately while ensuring adherence to compliance and KYC norms. • · Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. • · Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on pending requests. • · Support branch sales initiatives by identifying cross-selling opportunities Job Requirement – · Graduate in any discipline. · Strong communication and customer service skills. · Basic knowledge of NRI banking products and regulatory requirements (preferred). · Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
