OF POSITIONS REPORTING IN nil LOCATION Kolkata OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE To drive strong talent outcomes across the region by ensuring effective hiring delivery, early‑tenure and overall retention, leadership pipeline development, capability building, compliance adherence, and employee engagement, while partnering closely with business leaders to improve performance, culture, and people sustainability in line with organizational goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Hiring of FLS, Non FLS, Leadership Projects & Initiatives Employee Experience (Process) Capability Building Capacity Building & Retention Experience and Culture Engagement Self-Development INTERACTIONS Internal Relations: HR dept, Own Team, Sales, Ops, HO External Relations: Vendors ( Note: External interaction typically includes vendors/events; this is aligned with LA engagement responsibilities.) REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Educational Qualifications: Graduate / MBA/PG Diploma Work Experience: Minimum 3–10 years overall experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Frontline and Leadership Hiring, Retention Initiatives, Employee Engagement Activities, Talent Development workshops and OD initiatives. Certifications: Not specified Other skill set: · Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills · Effective communication and coordination abilities · Sound understanding of sales processes, persistency, and compliance metrics · Ability to work independently across branches and coordinate with cross-functional teams
