BRE - Regional Persistency Manager - L5 - Bangalore 1 (Residency Road)

Job Responsibility- · Responsible for ensuring regions performance on Key Parameters…Persistency i.e. Renewal Collection, Retention and Supporting Processes. · Responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales, Operations and Admin support team in the region to deliver desired targets. · Conduct field visits for Customer Retention, to close queries and complaints at satisfactory. · Sales and Distribution meets. · Regional managers act as a vital link between a HO and branches, ensuring effective actions on strategies and collaboration across the functions. · To provide support and guidance to branch - Sales and Operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. · To monitor and analyze regions Persistency and Retention data, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to address challenges and opportunities. · Regional managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned region, including managing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring performance metrics. Job Specification- · 5 years’ experience in Financial Services, Insurance / Banking Operations, Service or Collections. · In-depth understanding of Insurance and Banking domain & processes. · Ability to negotiate with customers and resolve disputes. · Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends and to develop effective strategies. · Good knowledge of Advance Excel, PPT, knowledge of Analytical tools & MS Office. · Willingness to travel in the regional branches, partner & vendor offices. · Well versed with the local Language & English is mandatory.
