Process Excellence - Senior Manager - L4 - Mumbai (Intellion Square)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Process Excellence Team at the Head Office . The role focuses on improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, draft, and review processes to ensure they are clear and effective Identify areas where processes can be improved to increase efficiency and reduce risks Review existing policies and processes and suggest improvements Create process flowcharts (swim-lane diagrams) and RACI matrices to define roles and responsibilities Identify gaps and bottlenecks in new and existing processes and recommend practical solutions Support stakeholders by providing solutions to operational and process-related issues Lead process improvement projects from start to finish Ensure processes are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements Qualification & Experience Qualification: MBA Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a Process Excellence, Operations, or Risk role
