JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION Chief Manager DESIGNATION POSITION GRADE L5 DEPARTMENT Actuarial- IEV/VNB reporting team REPORTING POSITION WORK LOCATION Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Corporate office KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Weightage Shareholder Reporting: v Calculating the VNB margin and IEV. Sharing the same to the management on regular basis. v Working of Analysis of movement and IEV sensitivities quarterly and reason for movement in IEV. v Projection of IEV and VNB margin for business plan. v Strategy related tasks to assist management in decision making. v Coordinating with pricing team for new/existing products. v Assumption setting for IEV and VNB. v Coordinating with external reviewer of IEV and resolving their queries. TOTAL 100% REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Actuarial Qualification: Nearly qualified or min 10 papers Work experience in years: At least 5 years of actuarial work experience. Priors hand-on experience in prophet is preferred. Good understanding of life insurance products. Able to manage team and good communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Other skill set: · Prophet and DCS Additional advantage to have knowledge of life insurance reporting. · Stakeholder Management
