JD Title:- Senior Manager – UAT & Project Coordination Grade:- L4 Office Location:- Goregaon East, IT Park Role : Develop & execute comprehensive UAT plans & test scenarios Conduct UATs and provide sign offs within defined timelines of execution Develop understanding of end to end customer journey & business process Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders for conclusive solutioning across every deployment Maintain and monitor project trackers on regular intervals Build independent checks and controls to monitor if deployments are functioning efficiently Skills Requirement: Strong verbal and written communication skills Team management & stakeholders management Analytical Thinking & foresightedness Have basic knowledge of Life Insurance Education:- Graduate or Post Graduate
