Role: B2B Sales Manager Title: Senior Manager Department: Corporate Solutions Group (Employee Employer Group) Experience: 0 - 1 years Work Location: Sarojini Devi Rd, Hyderabad Education: Qualified CA / CS / ICWA To drive B2B acquisition and growth of Employee Benefits business (Gratuity, leave encashment, superannuation - Retrials Benefits) with a specific focus on fund-based group life solutions, by partnering with corporates, CFOs, CHROs and treasury teams. The role requires strong financial acumen, consultative selling capability, and fund structuring expertise, preferably for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CS , CMA. Job Responsibilities - 1. Reaching out to senior leaders in finance / treasury / HR at Corporates, MNCs & SMEs for managing their employee benefit funds (Gratuity, leave encashments, superannuation) 2. Design and propose customized employee benefit fund structures aligned to client demographics, cash-flow needs, risk appetite, and regulatory framework 3. Present fund performance, pricing logic, actuarial assumptions, and financial impact analysis to clients 4. Work closely with internal stakeholders – actuarial, investments, finance, underwriting, operations, and compliance – for seamless solution delivery. 5. Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines, internal risk framework, underwriting norms, and approval matrices 6. Maintain robust documentation, proposal notes, pricing rationale, and audit-ready records 7. Monitor fund performance metrics, claims trends, persistency and client servicing SLAs Desired profile Strong financial modeling, fund understanding, and balance-sheet orientation Consultative selling and solution structuring capability Excellent communication and presentation skills (client and leadership-facing). High ownership, stakeholder management, and execution discipline. Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and financial analysis tools Understand balance sheet, ratio, P&L, interest rate, ROI, Gratuity Act, Income Tax Act (Trust creation) Knowledge of stock market working, especially Debt
