JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION Chief Manager (IRDAI Reporting and Business Analysis) DESIGNATION Chief Manager POSITION GRADE L5 DEPARTMENT CPC SUB DEPARTMENT BAAT REPORTING POSITION L7 DOTTED LINE REPORTING TO - NO. OF POSITIONS REPORTING IN 7 MANAGEMENT LEVEL - OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE Key role entrusted with regulatory reporting, business analysis and advisory and management reporting activities. Basis the technical skills of team and self, expected to give out meaningful analysis and insights of company’s business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Weightage · Managing the preparation, review and submission of various regulatory returns, reports and statements, to be submitted to compliance team. · Managing the preparation, review and submission of various management reports, dashboards, highlights, presentations to the senior management of the company. · Prepare annual operations budget along with actual vs budget variance analysis · Provide advisory to management basis by doing various analysis basis available data, information · Participate and contribute for projects as needed also drive automation of various reports and MIS through tools like macro and applications like SQL, Access, Excel, SAS etc. · Liaise with compliance, actuarial, products team and other stake holders for understanding various aspects of the insurance business and harness the same for management or regulatory reporting. · To resolve any challenges which the team might experience in providing the above deliverable and manage a team · Any other task as per management requirement · FATCA Reporting 25 10 15 10 10 10 5 5 10 TOTAL 100% INTERACTIONS Internal Relations: 1. Vendors (case to case basis) REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Educational Qualifications: CA Work Experience: 1. 3 years + industry experience 2. Team handling experience 3. Strong people management skills 4. Dispute resolution skills 5. Multitasking Certifications: SQL, Python, Tableau, advance excel etc. (Not mandatory) Other skill set: - Proficient in L/R/W/S in English and Hindi. -Advanced excel, word, PPT skills required -Should be a team player -Enthusiastic
