Junior Project Designer (Fresh Graduate)

The Junior Project Designer is responsible for supporting the store design process. This role involves conducting technical site surveys, translating brand concepts into visual representations, and producing high-quality design deliverables that ensure our store projects are both functional and aesthetically aligned with our brand standards. Ideal Candidate Profile: Fresh Graduate up to 2 years of working experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing spatial design works (academic projects, internships, or professional work are all welcome). Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max). Basic to intermediate skills in rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion). Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and project management software. Strong understanding of spatial layouts, material finishes, and technical drawing standards. Able to work in a fast-paced F&B retail environment and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously. Proactive learner who is open to feedback and excels in a collaborative team setting. Job Role: Support the Project Design team in developing floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations for new and existing stores. Prepare comprehensive technical drawing sets for construction, ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure design implementation during the fit-out process. Maintain design consistency across various store formats, from kiosks to flagship locations. Support site visits and surveys to review and verify field conditions. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Store Development teams to optimize customer flow and aesthetic appeal. Contribute innovative design solutions and creative input during project brainstorming sessions.
