The Head of Project Execution provides strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end project execution within the Powergen business. The role is accountable for establishing project governance, optimizing resources, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards. The focus is on building a high-performance organization that can support business growth objectives. The role holder will be responsible for creating a best-in-class project execution organization capable of delivering large, complex, and customized Powergen projects with superior speed, quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting the business ambition of accelerated growth. Experience in project execution, EPC, power generation, industrial infrastructure, or engineered solutions businesses is mandatory . Proven experience leading large project portfolios and multi-functional execution teams. Strong exposure to installation, commissioning, project controls, customer management, and commercial governance Leadership: Strategic Project Leadership, Team Leadership & Capability Building, Change Management.
