Timely completion of the cost reduction & quality improvement projects Work closely with CRE/AE for smooth Engineering Change Management" 1) Procurement of critical parts of genset mechanical commodity. 2) NPD project completion on time, Negotiation with suppliers ; price finalization with zero base costing approach , Understanding of TOC approach. 3) Address and resolve supplier Capacity Issue (BPR), Resolve Receipt /Line Quality Issue. 4) Initiate Resourcing where ever required, Ensure timely Implementation of part modifications , Instrumental in Process Improvement activities. 5) Part of Source Plan finalization team as per Sourcing Strategy, Identify projects thru' Spend Analysis. 6) New Supplier Development, Supplier Relationship Management, Customer Complaint resolution (Supplier issues). 7) Supplier Agreement. 8) Supplier Financial Analysis /Funding, Supplier Performance improvement, Assets Management, Parts Standardization where ever applicable. 9) Ensure External Audit Compliance, Make Supplier Visit, Carry out Supplier Benchmarking and strive improvement within supply base. 10) Initiate Pre-quote & Price revision Process, Initiate and complete Cost reduction projects, 11) Work closely with all divisions in cross functional teams to complete project on time.
