Job Summary: Accountability for the strategic oversight and execution of the domestic demand management framework within the KOEL group. This role focuses on driving domestic operational excellence, streamlining supply chain processes, and ensuring demand architecture acts as a primary lever for achieving regional business objectives and domestic market leadership. Strategic responsibilities: Strategy Formulation & Execution: Define and execute a robust domestic strategy for operations and demand synchronization to advance KOEL’s competitive advantage and market share within the region. Process Optimization: Lead initiatives for process re-engineering, technology adoption (e.g., forecasting tools), and operational model shifts to achieve efficiency, responsiveness, and scale in the domestic market. Domestic Demand Architecture: Architect and govern the integrated domestic demand planning ecosystem, leveraging analytics and cross-functional alignment to create a unified, predictive view of local demand. Market Intelligence: Analyze domestic market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regional risks to proactively position the supply chain to meet local requirements. Financial Responsibilities: Cost & Value Stewardship: Optimize the domestic cost structure, driving margin expansion and leveraging operational efficiencies to enhance regional profitability. Revenue Acceleration: Identify and capitalize on high-impact opportunities within domestic operations that contribute to top-line growth and local market penetration. Inventory Governance: Set policies and execute strategies for capital efficiency and inventory optimization to ensure maximum asset utilization while guaranteeing fulfillment for domestic customers. Operational Responsibility: Operational Oversight: Provide governance for domestic operational facets, including local sourcing, manufacturing collaboration, and logistics networks. Value Stream Optimization: Lead the continuous optimization of the domestic value stream to reduce cycle times, eliminate waste, and establish agility and reliability. Quality & Compliance: Establish and enforce a framework for quality standards and regulatory compliance across all domestic operational activities. Demand & Fulfillment Linkage: Oversee the linkage between demand forecasting and tactical fulfillment execution, ensuring inventory deployment aligns with domestic customer segments and market priorities. Risk Mitigation: Design and implement local risk management protocols to address supply chain vulnerabilities and macro-economic shocks. People responsibilities: Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members within the domestic operations and demand management functions. Culture of Accountability: Establish a high-performance, collaborative, and metrics-driven culture focused on results and ethical leadership. Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the bridge connecting Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure goal alignment and resource prioritization. Skills and competencies: Strategic Leadership; Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; Expertise in supply chain management and demand planning methodologies (S&OP, IBP); Financial acumen, risk management, and operational leadership; Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and stakeholder management.
