Job Description Support DABU team for resolving the issues reported in the KOEL products supplied in various applications. Extend the infant care support for the new product developed and deployed at end customer locations. Validate the failures reported from the customer using Simulators & at actual gensets and identify the root cause of failures. Communicate the failure learnings with DABU & support in releasing the Technical Service Bulletins. Release the latest version of app codes and firmwares in prodbud server for getting it implemented from Plant & maintain release notes for the improvements carried out over the previous versions. Must be able to learn quickly & handle the INCA, B12 Config tool for communicating with various controllers during troubleshooting. Co-ordinate with SCM/SQIE Team for taking necessary support from the supplier for finding out the root cause of failures of supplier IP owned parts.
