Electrical Engineer- Senior Officer/Senior Engineer (MG4)- Global EE Engineering Department- Research & Development Business Unit- Pune

Job Description The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience in microgrid systems, panel wiring, and electrical installations. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site operations are completed safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Position Specific Skills • Microgrid Execution & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of microgrid components (Genset, Control Panel with GCU, Energy storage systems, and diesel generators). Monitor system performance and troubleshoot localized grid issues • Panel Wiring & Installation: Supervise and directly assist in the layout, wiring, testing, and installation of LT/HT panels, Distribution Boards (DBs), APFC panels, and Control & Relay panels. • Site Supervision & Safety: Manage daily electrical site activities, ensuring all technicians and contractors adhere to strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and standard electrical safety regulations. • Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Interpret electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic drawings, and cable schedules to execute layout wiring flawlessly.
