Job Description Regional Leadership & Strategy: • Develop and implement the APAC Industrial Business strategy aligned with global Industrial Business objectives. • Drive top-line growth and profitability for Industrial business • Lead direct sales and manage along with our channel partner in APAC to develop network of dealers and distributors for various engine applications (marine, mining & construction, firefighting, etc). Market Analysis: • Conduct market mapping and identify new market segments, project opportuniti es, and emerging customer needs for Industrial business Customer Experience & Relationship Management • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors across APAC. • Work with the Service Leader to ensure technical support for channel partners and OEMs.
