Senior Officer/Senior Engineer (MG4)-Service Department-Distribution and Aftermarket Business Unit-Pune

Strong hands-on experience in diesel engines and diesel generator (DG) systems, with a solid understanding of engine operation, maintenance, and field service. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical systems, including alternators, control panels, sensors, wiring harnesses, and associated electrical components. Good understanding of after-treatment systems used in CPCB IV+ and BS VI emission-compliant engines, including components such as SCR, DEF dosing systems, NOx sensors, DPF (where applicable), and their related diagnostics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.), data analysis, dashboard creation, and report automation. Knowledge of Power Query or Power BI will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights. Enthusiastic about leveraging AI-powered tools (such as Gemini) to automate routine tasks, enhance data analysis, develop dashboards, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.
