Key Responsibilities

Lead Knowlej Assemblies

across K-12 schools in Los Angeles, delivering high-impact, motivational sessions that range from 30 to 60 minutes.

Public Speaking

Deliver captivating, youth-centered speeches with passion, clarity, and purpose.

Hype & Engagement

Get students excited through interactive games, call-and-response energy, music, and movement.

Facilitate Workshops & Activities

that reinforce the Knowlej values of Re-Engage, Restore, and Reward.

Customer Service & Event Fulfillment

Set up and break down assembly spaces, distribute rewards, and ensure smooth operations.

Support Student Transformation

Be a visible, positive presence in schools that uplifts and encourages youth to stay engaged in school.

Team Collaboration

Participate in weekly check-ins and debriefs with the Knowlej team.

Requirements

• Passion for youth empowerment and educational equity.
• Comfortable and skilled in
• public speaking

• Energetic, confident, and enthusiastic presence.
