Compensation & Performance Pay

Weekly Earnings

Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.

All-Mile Pay

Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on

ALL

practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.

Accessorial Pay

$20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to ensure you are paid for your time.

Home Time & Schedule

Schedule

• Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable
• 34 to 48-hour reset at home

Predictable regional routes throughout the Southwest states.

Park & Go

Option to take your assigned truck home during your weekly reset (where applicable).

Job Requirements

License

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Experience

Minimum of

• of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.

Compliance

Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.

Background

• DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• SAP acceptable if you have step 6 complete.
