Local Class A CDL Driver (Home Daily Fleet)

Earn an average of $1,260 to $1,575 per week without pulling or unloading freight. We have immediate openings for local Class A drivers on a dedicated distribution fleet based out of Shafter, CA. Drive reliable routes, get home daily, and enjoy full W-2 benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van and refrigerated freight from the Shafter DC to retail locations across Southern California.
• Complete 2–3 deliveries per shift and return to the DC on a dedicated backhaul route.
• Perform standard pre-trip and post-trip equipment safety checks.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and DOT compliance.

Schedule & Fleet Details

Home Time

Home daily.

Days Off

2 consecutive days off per week (e.g., Mon/Tue, Tue/Wed, Wed/Thu, or Thu/Fri).

Start Times

Afternoon/Evening dispatch windows (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

Equipment

Modern automatic trucks; slip-seat operation parked on-site at the DC.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Shafter, CA terminal.
• Clean driving record and acceptable safety history.

Compensation & Perks

• $1,260 – $1,575 average weekly pay.
