Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the p repar ation and contribut e to the leasing plan for Bugis Town
• Assist the team in the general m arketing of units
• Conduct r esearch on the retail mall market
• Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree i n Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Meticulous and detail - oriented
• Basic knowledge of market research methodologies
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative problem-solving skills
