Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries
• Assist with market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a D egree in Business, Re al Estate , or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to deliver work timely and accurately
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
