Your main responsibilities include: Installing and configuring IT hardware and software Administering and evolving internal servers and core technological tools Preparing and configuring workstations for employees Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation Providing technical support to end users Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents Contributing to system updates and continuous improvements Training teams on the use of new technological solutions Structuring internal technical documentation and contributing to IT procedures You are a key contributor to the company’s daily operational efficiency.
