The Role

• As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a full business unit and lead a
• dedicated, multi-disciplinary squad (Engineering, Data, and more) to build and optimize
• products that matter.
• This is more than just a product role. You’ll be at the heart of strategy, execution, and growth,
• steering products from idea to launch to continuous innovation, and ensuring they deliver
• measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

• ● Own performance &; strategy: Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap,
• driving growth, efficiency, and outcomes for your business unit.
• ● Lead a high-performing squad: Mentor and inspire your cross-functional team to work
• collaboratively and deliver excellence.
• ● Drive end-to-end product development: From ideation and discovery to launch and
• optimization, you’ll ensure products meet both user and business needs.
• ● Manage stakeholders strategically: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations,
• Finance, and Leadership to align priorities and communicate progress.
• ● Leverage data &; insights: Use market research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform
• decisions, refine products, and unlock growth opportunities.
• ● Inspire &; evangelize: Share the product vision with clarity and passion—motivating
• your squad and influencing across the organization.

• 6+ years in product, most of it on consumer apps real people use.

• ● A track record of shipping fast and moving the number that mattered.
• ● You design the experiment and call the result without fooling yourself.
• ● Taste. You push for great when fine would pass.
• ● You stay calm when the brief is vague and the pace is high, because that is the job here
