Senior Growth Operator | Work Directly with an 8-Figure DTC Founder | Dubai

Work directly with a founder who scaled a profitable DTC business from $0 to $5M+ monthly revenue. Most marketers spend years managing campaigns. Very few ever learn how to build a real growth engine. We're looking for a hands-on Growth Operator who wants to work directly alongside the founder of a fast-growing, profitable DTC e-commerce company and play a key role in scaling from 8 to 9 figures. This is not a corporate marketing job. This is an opportunity to learn, build and execute at a level most marketers never get exposed to. Tasks What You'll Own You will take ownership across the entire growth engine: Meta Ads & performance marketing Creative strategy Ad copy & hooks Landing pages & funnels CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Shopify optimisation Growth experiments & testing Building and managing a creative team You'll work directly with the founder and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that drive growth. Requirements Must-Have Requirements 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce Strong Shopify experience Strong Meta Ads experience Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives Excellent English communication skills High accountability and ownership mentality Dealbreakers No Shopify experience No Meta Ads experience Poor written English Frequent job hopping Lack of data literacy Looking for a management-only role Benefits Location: Dubai-based.
