About The Role

Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Recruit Mandarin-speaking talent across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and other Chinese-speaking markets.
Conduct candidate screening interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely candidate feedback.
Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
1–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Experience recruiting Mandarin-speaking talent is highly preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
