Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience Active Washington 068 license EPA certification Seattle refrigeration license preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to perform physical work required in the field Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Ability to pass a background check and drug screening ALLRED Heating Cooling Electric LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
