What You’ll Get $28–$38/hour Consistent full-time schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Overtime opportunities PTO starting at 6 months Health, vision, and dental coverage Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Paid holidays + additional holiday time off 401(k) with company contribution after 1 year Referral bonuses and team events Career growth opportunities What You’ll Do Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers Perform grading, cut and fill, and site preparation Execute trenching and excavation for utilities and sitework Read and follow blueprints and daily work plans Work safely in active job sites Coordinate with crew members on-site Inspect and maintain equipment Follow OSHA and company safety standards Travel to and work on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, PA home base

What You Need 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework Ability to read blueprints and site layouts Strong understanding of job site safety practices OSHA 10 certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field crews Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance and contribute effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Aston, PA and surrounding job sites Hiring Process Apply today Quick phone screen Interview Start date Falcone & Sons, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
