Strategy is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of a comprehensive and future-proof corporate strategy. This role involves close collaboration with top management, acting as the primary sparring partner for long-term decisions. It encompasses activities that shape the future of Webasto and support informed decision-making, turning those decisions into actions and results. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Managing and controlling of cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives Coordinating various stakeholders from business lines, regions, and central functions Developing, structuring, and implementing business and transformation initiatives Preparing decision-making bases for management and steering committees Analyzing market, customer, and business developments to derive strategic recommendations for action This is what you bring to us: Strong analytical and conceptual skills Excellent understanding of business administration Experience in preparing management decisions 3-5 years of consulting experience in a strategy consultancy is desirable Confident communication across different hierarchical levels Ability to structure complex topics and bring them to implementation Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
