Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Ensuring production goals in terms of quantity, quality, and on-time delivery within the shift Planning and coordinating personnel deployment for smooth operations in the production area Professional leadership, onboarding, and support of employees Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards as well as promoting a safe working environment Active participation in improvement processes through the implementation of Lean, WPS, and 5S measures This is what you bring to us: A completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or technician Several years of experience in production and a good understanding of modern manufacturing processes In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WPS, and ideally experience with MES systems Strong communication skills, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and pronounced teamwork ability Willingness to work shifts as well as a high level of resilience and flexibility Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
