HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and adaptable HR professional with previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production setting, can effectively manage changing priorities, and confidently support both employees and management in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee development, HR reporting, and operational HR projects, while partnering closely with production and business leaders to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate employee training and development processes Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, particularly for manufacturing and operational roles Coordinate cooperation with external service providers and recruitment/training partners Prepare, monitor, and analyze HR reports and KPI metrics Support HR audits and prepare required documentation and data Participate in and lead soft HR projects and employee engagement initiatives Deliver internal training sessions and workshops Support organizational changes and continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment Collaborate closely with managers and employees across manufacturing operations Requirements University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field Previous HR experience within the automotive manufacturing industry or a similar production environment Strong understanding of the challenges and pace of manufacturing operations Native or near-native Polish language proficiency (C2 level) and very good command of English (minimum B2 level) Very good knowledge of MS Office package Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels High level of resilience, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset #LI-AG
