Hard Skill Sets Needed: General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience, 3-5 years electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others Communication/Interpersonal skills Problem solving skills – Route cause and breakdown analysis experience Customer service Licenses needed by role: Master Electrician License, in good standing, or equivalent in the state of employment Master Plumbing License, in good standing, or equivalent in the state of employment Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment
