Physical Therapist - Clinic Director

Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Full -Time Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our Houston outpatient clinic and help shape the future of patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Physical Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation CPR certification Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patientsk staff, and healthcare professionals Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support clinic operations Interest in clinic growth and community engagement (marketing experience is a plus) A self-starter with a leadership mindset and passion for professional growth A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
