About The Role

A leading Automotive OEM is currently seeking highly experienced HR Consultant to work in their Essex location.

Position Description: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new HR team which will instrumental in setting up and supporting the implementation and growth of this new business

Skills Required

Applicants should be degree and CIPD qualified, IT literate and have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a strategic HR customer-focused role.

Skills Preferred

Ideally applicants will have experience of business start-ups and or project delivery.

Experience Required

At least 5 years experience of working within HR with a proven record of HR service delivery as HR Generalist/Business partner.

Experience Preferred

Experience of project management, launching and implementing programmes, business set ups.

Education Required

Degree qualified.

Education Preferred

CIPD qualified

12 months rolling contract
