Part-Time Graveyard Central Dispatcher

• Mario's Towing is growing and we are looking to add to our towing family in Kelowna!
• We're currently looking for a Part-Time Centr al Dispatcher for Graveyard Shift to join our team for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, emails
• Working directly with customers to book tows
• Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing
• Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer's

Requirements

• Vehicle knowledge an asset.
• Must have computer skills
• Able to work under busy conditions
• Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.
• Able to work without supervision.
• Able to work within a team environment
• Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude
• Strong Organizing Skill

Job Duties

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Wage : $21-$23.00 per hour
