Job Summary

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, repair or replace faulty equipment, and ensure optimal system performance
• Testing and Diagnostics: Run tests, analyze results, and diagnose problems to prevent system failures

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Work closely with team members and contractors to support maintenance operations.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant maintenance experience is an advantage.
