Field Technician

Our innovative and growing company is seeking candidates to join our team for a low voltage alarm/security technician! To join our team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications below.

Responsibilities

• •Diagnose and repair alarm/intrusion and fire systems.
• •Install, troubleshoot and configure Access Control Systems.
• •Installing and repairing CCTV & IP based Camera Systems & NVR’s.
• •Readjust equipment, repair, or replace equipment and test for operation.
• •Conduct routine preventative maintenance on systems.
• •Run and terminate low voltage cable.
• •Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.
• •Respond to customer service calls and perform scheduled maintenance calls.

Qualifications

• •Previous experience in electronic security installation, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred.
• •Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• •Ability to handle physical workload.
• •Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• •Strong attention to detail.
• •Be able to lift 50 pounds or more, climb ladders, pull wire.
• •Able to read and interpret blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents is preferred.
• The starting wage in this ad is reflective of minimum wage - Pay is commiserate with experience and will be discussed during the job offer phase.

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
