Key responsibilities

• Accogliere gli ospiti al loro arrivo con un atteggiamento cordiale, professionale e ospitale.
• Offrire assistenza e fornire informazioni sui servizi e sulle strutture dell'hotel.
• Assistere gli ospiti nel trasporto dei bagagli da e verso le loro camere.
• Gestire e trasportare i bagagli degli ospiti con la massima cura e attenzione.
• Assistere gli ospiti nelle operazioni di parcheggio e nel recupero dei loro veicoli.
• Accompagnare gli ospiti nelle loro camere, illustrando le caratteristiche della stanza e i principali servizi dell'hotel.
• Fornire indicazioni e informazioni sulle attrazioni e i servizi del territorio.
• Sorvegliare e garantire la sicurezza della hall e dell'ingresso dell'hotel.
• Collaborare con il personale del ricevimento e con gli altri reparti per assicurare un servizio efficiente, coordinato e di alta qualità.

What you bring

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana (requisito indispensabile).
• Capacità di lavorare in team, comunicare in modo efficace e portare a termine le attività con efficienza.
• Naturale predisposizione all'accoglienza e autentica passione per il settore dell'ospitalità.
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e organizzative, con un approccio attento, cordiale, cortese e orientato al servizio nei confronti di ospiti e colleghi.
• Disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili.
• Capacità di ascoltare, comprendere e gestire con efficacia le richieste e le problematiche sollevate da ospiti e collaboratori.
• Abilità nel gestire contemporaneamente più attività, come l'assistenza agli ospiti, la movimentazione dei bagagli e la fornitura di informazioni.
• Rispettare gli standard e le procedure di Aethos Hotels , contribuendo a garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro ed efficiente.
