As a Finance Associate , you’ll work in close tandem with our Head of Finance. You will play a key role in managing daily financial operations by supporting accounting processes and handling financial transactions.

This isn’t just about keeping the books clean: it’s about helping shape how finance operates in a company growing at lightning speed.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Financial Operations & controlling:
• Support accounting and reporting in close collaboration with our external accountant
• Manage quote-to-cash, sales invoices, and cash collections
• Handle accounts payable, payments, and payment systems
• Support with treasury and cash flow
• Support revenue operations with sales & marketing
• Optimize finance operations with new tools & automations
• Support our Head of Finance with ad hoc projects and/or analyses
