About The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Manager to be a driving force behind planning, executing, and optimizing Genspark’s events across global markets. You’ll play a key role in managing Genspark’s presence at both large-scale technology, such as NVIDIA GTC, Tech Weeks, and Microsoft Ignite, as well as smaller community-driven meetups, webinars, and regional programs that strengthen Genspark’s global brand presence and engagement.

Role: Event Marketing Manager

Reports to: Public Engagement & Comms Lead

Contract: Full Time

  • Location: Palo Alto, hybrid
  • What you'll do
  • Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of event marketing programs, including large-scale conferences, executive dinners, workshops, panels, and small community events
  • Manage event logistics from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop event messaging, materials, and engagement strategies
  • Lead event operations and on-site execution to ensure high-quality brand representation and attendee experience
  • Manage event-related budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution
  • Support virtual event initiatives and webinars as needed to reach broader audiences
  • Track and report event ROI and impact
  • Support regional and international event execution as needed

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in the technology or B2B SaaS sector
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end event processes, including planning, logistics, execution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with global event sponsorship and partnership processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and externally with partners
  • Strong financial management skills, negotiation experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for events (up to 20-30%)
  • Experience with webinars and/or social media also a plus!
