SME Grader, AI and Software Engineering (Contract Position)

Quantic School of Business and Technology is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Grading Contractor to evaluate, grade, and support students in the completion of MS AI Engineering and MS Software Engineering programs. Candidates must have earned a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, and must have software development experience, as well as experience grading assignments.

This is a fully remote contractor position for up to 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Grade software projects and video demo submissions from MS AI Engineering and MS Software Engineering students.
• Provide detailed, qualitative feedback to students on academic performance.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science or closely related discipline
• 5+ years experience in software development
• Knowledge of the latest AI software development tooling
• Expert knowledge of software design and architecture
• Highly proficient in written English
• Experience in academic assessment and feedback
• Attention to detail and accuracy
