Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong verbal and written communication abilities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Positive attitude with an easy smile Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with a collaborative spirit Keen attention to detail in food preparation and customer orders Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) Food service industry knowledge is a plus
