The role includes welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling guest requests professionally, coordinating with the kitchen, processing bills when required, and adhering to all hotel SOPs, food safety regulations, and brand service standards to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
